We believe in extending the definition of investors beyond the traditional, to employees, partners and the community of customers that invest their effort and mindshare in the evolution and growth of our company. Experience has taught us that being committed to value generation for this broad base of investors has a strong and positive influence on the direction of any company.
We further believe that although short term focus on development and sales is critical, we need to look beyond this and strive to generate lasting value for our investors through a host of strategic initiatives. The primary principles of our value generation model are as follows:

- Robust Productization: we believe a true innovation is one that is not only novel in nature but one that works for real users in the real world. Getting Real forces our teams to tackle issues and challenges that are often sidelined by product development teams and later result in failure
- Public Sector / Academic Engagement: governments more than ever have a vested interest in growing the digital economy & Scoop can be a formidable catalyst in promoting and supporting such culture. Universities and colleges provide a fresh source of ideas and innovation. Our academic collaborative R&D projects have and continue to provide us with strategic opportunities for product differentiation.

We are constantly on the lookout for outstanding talent and follow a painstaking recruitment process.
